ABS injection tooling → ABS injection manufacture → Trimming dug hole → EPS raw material by different density → EPS molding tooling → ABS+EPS assembly process → semi-finished helmet → IQC inspection → helmet grinding → inner padding production → plastic injection workshop → assembly line →inside labeling → packing → warehouse → installed counters.
